e3 leadership group is a global leadership consulting ministry committed to identifying emerging leaders, helping them discover who they are in Christ, equipping them to be servant leaders, and empowering them to lead lives of eternal significance.
           
e3lg, organized in 2005, is an outgrowth of intentional, church centered leadership training. Our board members have a combined leadership experience of over 100 years in pastoral, church, education, cross-cultural, business and not-for-profit settings. 

Our mission is to infuse the DNA of servant leadership™ into today’s leaders. The DNA of servant leadership™ is made up of humility, honesty, generosity and courage. 

We believe that:

  • Leaders are born and can be made.
  • Leaders must know how to follow before they can know how to lead.
  • Leaders lead from their life, not just from their lips.
