Our mission is to build healthy indigenous leaders, which results in disciples making disciples and church plants, to reach the neglected people groups in Asia.

Who Are We?

I’m Doug Brown, the Founder and Strategic Coordinator with e3 Leadership Group and I would like to take three minutes to explain who we are, why we exist, what we do, how we go about doing it, and how you can participate and join us in making a better world.

How We Use Our Funds
Fiscal Year 2023

We are a non-profit organization that specializes in Cross-Cultural Projects both here in the U.S. and in the Asian world.

Eighty percent of our donations go to our mission, 20% to administration.

In U.S. Communities:

We specialize in projects with immigrants and refugees. We help the immigrants become assimilated by assisting them with English Second Language training, U.S. Citizenship, Driver’s license, and Community assistance.

On College Campuses:

We work with International student ministries. Over one-million international students come to the U.S. each year. Many of them come from countries that are difficult to reach with the Gospel. Eighty percent of these students who move back to their country do so without ever stepping foot in an American’s home even though they would have liked to.

In Asia:

We have a three-pronged approach:

We build eternal friendships by sharing and demonstrating the Gospel of Jesus Christ;
We grow healthy leaders in the church, business and educational world;
We are engaged in making a better planet, a better world.

Why Do We Exist?

We exist to equip. We equip the emerging and existing leaders in the church, business and education world.

Why This Kind of Focus?

There is a leader crisis around the world. The fact is we need more leaders and we need better leaders across the board.

Seventy percent of leaders who fail in their leadership do so not due to their skill set or their vision, they fail due to lack of character. This is a huge problem. It is a crisis.

What Do We Do?

What we do is to focus on leader development — but not just “traditional” leader development which focuses on skills, knowledge, abilities and skills. These are essential and good but they are not good enough.

We need to build men and women in a holistic manner through a framework called Building Healthy Leaders. This model intentionally builds people holistically — spiritual, relational, character, mission and competencies.

Our training is transferable. We train Asian leaders in healthy leader development in order for them to train others. We come alongside these Asian partners and help them customize leadership pathways for their situation and culture.

How Do We Do This?

We do seven things:

We listen to their reality.
We build lasting friendships.
We explore opportunities.
We train them to train leaders.
We partner.
We coach.
We network and resource with them with various leader tools.

We host short-term mission teams to Asia in order to assist our Asian partners and explore what God is doing in this part of the world.

We host healthy leader training workshops which transforms people, marriages, families and teams in the secular and sacred.

We host international student ministry on college campuses and cross-cultural ministry in our communities.

Statements of Faith: What We Believe

» We believe in the Trinity: one God exists in three Persons — Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, Deuteronomy 6:4; Matthew 28:19-20.

» Jesus Christ is the one and only Son of God who died for our sins and physically rose from the dead, 1 Corinthians 15:1-8.

» The Bible is the inspired Word of God – a lamp unto our feet and a light unto our path, 2 Timothy 3:16.

» Every person is created in the image of God, but that all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God, Romans 3:23.

» Forgiveness of sins and the promise of eternal life are available to those who trust Christ as Savior and Lord, John 3:16.

» The church is the body of Christ on earth, empowered by the Holy Spirit, and it exists to save the lost and edify the saved, Ephesians. 4:1-16; and that Jesus Christ will one day return to judge the world, 1 Thessalonians 4:13-18, Acts 17:30-31.

» He will judge the living and the dead, John 5:27-29.

» The unrighteous will go into eternal judgment, Revelation 20:15.

» The righteous will experience eternal life, Matthew 25:41—46.

» Jesus will rule and reign as King of Kings and Lord of Lords in the new creation, Revelation 21-22.
